This workshop will cover:
-Forest Management Resources
-Tax Incentives for forest management
-Climate Smart Forestry practices
-Cost share funding for invasive species control, and timber stand opportunities
This workshop will be entirely in the field and include presentations by EcoForesters, the North Carolina Forest Service, and the North Carolina Wildlife Resource Commission.
*Long pants and close toe shoes will be required to participate in the in-person field session.
Come learn what tools are needed to restore your forest and how to control non-native invasive species!
